If you wish to register for the “Geomechanics, Civil Engineering, Risk”, you must apply for the Master (2) MEI “Mécanique Energétique et Ingenierie” (Mechanics, Energy and Engineering) (all options).
MEI Master (2) registrations are made primarily by Internet. On-line registration will be available from 1st February 2016.

Due to the delay to obtain the visa, non-european candidate are strongly encouraged to send their applications to the University before the 30 April 2016.
The results of the commission’s decision will be available on the Internet at the latest from the first week of July. The applicant will also be informed by post at the latest between the 10th and 20th July.
Written applications must include the following documents:
- Covering letter specifying the applicant’s intended career path and if possible the desired fields of research
- Photocopy of identity card or birth certificate for foreigners
- Photocopy of all acquired qualifications, including “Baccalauréat” or High School Diploma, certified as being equivalent in the case of qualifications obtained outside of France
- Detailed programme of previous studies: official programmes and timetables
- Detailed list of subjects specifying the marks obtained at the Master1 level (4th year of university studies)
- A confidential letter, accompanying the application, provided by a professor with responsibilities for the current year of study of the candidate, and addressed to the secretary of the Master MEI.
In accordance with regulations, no application fees are charged.
Admissions board
The Admissions Board will rule in June on all complete applications received at UFR PhITEM before 26 June 2016. Applicants are informed of the board’s decision during the first two weeks of July. The decision will be one of the following:
- Successful admission to the chosen program,
- Referral of the decision to the board’s meeting in September,
- Refusal of admission.
